Zeno gets more personal
Today, we're introducing two new features: Response Styles and Personal Writing Profiles. Together, they give users more control over how Zeno communicates and writes, so that working with Zeno feels less like prompting a tool and more like working with someone who already knows how you think.
Over the past months, one pattern kept coming up in conversations with lawyers and legal professionals using Zeno: the research was good, the drafts were solid, but the output still needed to be adjusted. A different tone here. A different structure there. A sentence that didn't quite sound like them. It's the kind of things we want to make easier.
Today, we're introducing two new features: Response Styles and Personal Writing Profiles. Together, they give users more control over how Zeno communicates and writes, so that working with Zeno feels less like prompting a tool and more like working with someone who already knows how you think.
Response Styles
Response Styles let users set the tone and format of Zeno's conversational responses. Prefer concise answers? Select that. Working on something that calls for a formal, detailed breakdown? Switch to that instead. All from the chat input, in one click.
The value is simple: you stop re-explaining your preferences every time you open a new conversation. Zeno adjusts to you, not the other way around.
Personal Writing Profiles
Writing Profiles go a step further. By uploading a few examples of your own writing, whether legal memos, client emails, or internal notes, Zeno builds a profile of your individual voice, structure, and language preferences.
From that point on, when you use your Writing Profile, Zeno doesn't produce generic AI output. It produces something that sounds like it came from you.
This works across all writing tasks, not just formal legal documents. Whether your style is sharp and direct or more measured and detailed, Zeno learns to match it. The goal is output you can actually use, without spending time rewriting it into your own voice.
How to Get Started
Both features are available directly in the Zeno Chat experience. Writing Profiles require a short one-time setup: upload a few writing examples through Response Settings, and Zeno builds your profile in the background while you keep working. Response Styles require no setup. They're ready to use from the moment you open a conversation.

Both are entirely private. Your styles and writing examples are not visible to other users in your organisation and are not used to train AI models. You remain in full control and can delete your profile at any time.
